Prices shown include tax. Shipping is charged separately. Shipping is a flat ¥550 (tax included) nationwide.

Shipping Area & Timing

We ship within Japan. Orders ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

Within 8 days of delivery, unopened/unused items only. Customer bears return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Defective Items

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, the Company covers return shipping and will provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us via the Contact page.

Subscription Skip, Pause & Cancellation

Subscription deliveries can be skipped (pushing the next delivery back 30 days), paused, resumed, or cancelled anytime from My Page → Subscriptions.
