Scope

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the "Pride Medical Japan" online store (the "Service") operated by Pride Medical Japan K.K. (the "Company"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Membership Registration

Users must register using accurate information. Please update your details promptly via My Page if they change. Purchases can also be made as a guest without creating an account.

Prohibited Actions

Users must not violate any law, infringe the rights of third parties, interfere with the operation of the Service, or engage in any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate.

Product Information & Pricing

All product prices are shown tax-included. A flat ¥550 shipping fee applies separately. Actual product color and texture may differ slightly from what is shown.

Orders & Contract Formation

A purchase contract with the Company is formed at the moment the user confirms an order. The Company may be unable to fulfill an order due to stock availability or other reasons.

Payment Methods

Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer only. Please complete payment within 7 days of order confirmation. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not confirmed within this period.

Shipping

Orders ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timing may vary depending on shipping conditions.

Returns & Cancellation

Returns are accepted within 8 days of delivery for unopened, unused items only. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears return shipping; for defective items, the Company covers it.

Disclaimer & Governing Law

The Company is not liable for interruption or suspension of the Service due to natural disasters or other events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any related disputes.
